In some surveys, messages are sent out using push notifications, such as reminders or other important information regarding the survey.
If you do not receive a notification in the notification center of your phone, check your phone settings so that TravelVu is allowed to display push notifications.
On iPhone/iPad: Go to home screen > Settings > TravelVu > Notifications > Enable
On Android: Go to home screen and open the list of apps > Settings > Apps > TravelVu > Notificaitons > Enable

If you do not get the push notifications to show up on your phone, you can still read all messages sent out regarding the survey in the TravelVu app by opening the Messages tab at the bottom of the screen.
