During the time window 9am to 11am in GMT+1 (10am to 12am in UTC/GMT), there will be a short downtime of 5 minutes to the central server of TravelVu for maintenance work on the database.


During this time, users will not be able to access their trips in the app. Trips will still be collected and safely stored locally on your phone for processing after the downtime. Just like if there is no network connection for some time. It will also not be possible to sign up or enter new surveys during the downtime.


We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes users, but unfortunately we need to perform maintenance sometimes that requires a short downtime to maintain and scale our systems.
